Common usage of the term “supernatural” means a manifestation or event attributed to some force beyond scientific understanding or the laws of nature.

The Prayer of Examen is an ancient practice in the Church that can help us see God's hand at work in our whole experience. As we prepare for the new year, it's a good time to pause to reflect on 2016 to see how God has been at work in us through the year and to listen for new guidance for the future.

The free e-guide "Love is Everything" offered below is a short devotional resource that will help walk you through the steps of the Examen Prayer. We hope that you will find it helpful as you listen for God's voice speaking to you through all the circumstances of your life.
